1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using US Navy Virtual's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid VATSIM ID and active membership required
• Must be in good standing with VATSIM and its Special Operations division
• Maintain minimum activity requirements as specified by squadron leadership
• Participate in training programs and qualifications as required

3. Code of Conduct

• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• Follow all VATSIM regulations and policies
• Respect fellow members, staff, and the community
• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Maintain operational security and professionalism

4. Training and Operations

• Complete all required training programs
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain currency requirements
• Participate in scheduled events when possible

5. Communication

• Maintain active presence in official communication channels
• Respond to official communications in a timely manner
• Use appropriate channels for different types of communication

6. Termination

US Navy Virtual reserves the right to terminate membership for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Inactivity beyond specified limits
• Violation of VATSIM policies
• Conduct detrimental to the organization
